Designed by Odham & Cox and erected in 1907 the Geraldton town hall is a stuccoed classical style rectangular building with asbestos roof and wooden floors. It was built to accommodate 1100 people, 700 in the body of the hall and 400 in the galleries. It has been unaltered over the years and is in sound condition apart from the need for normal maintenance.
